Returns/Shipping

What is the return policy?

For most items you have 7 days from receipt of order to return. However, some of our items like our Candles, Florals, and Art Work may be non-returnable. 

What are the shipping options?

We only offer standard shipping.

Orders

Can I cancel an order after it has been placed?

Once an order has been placed it can't be canceled. If you no longer want the order please refuse the shipment and ask it to be returned to sender. Once the product has been received and accepted we will process a refund. 

When will I receive my order?

Most products take 1-3 to process and then they are shipped. For:

  • US orders 4-7 business days
  • Canada, UK, and Australia 4-20 business days

What do I do if I never received my order?

Contact us at syndromecinderella@gmail.com so we contact USPS or UPS to see where your package is in transit.

What do I do if I received a defective order?

Contact us at syndromecinderella@gmail.com so we can work on a replacement for the order. We may ask for photo proof to send to our supplier/s. 

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed? 

Contact us at syndromecinderella@gmail.com so we can cancel your order and you can then place another one for the item you wish to receive. 

Coaching Sessions

Where do your coaching sessions take place?

All of our coaching sessions are done online on the platform Zoom. 

What are the cost of your coaching programs? 

Our Programs range from $750 - $1250 U.S. 

Do you offer payment plans?

We do offer payment plans for our coaching programs. During our discovery call we will go over cost and payment options. 

What is your refund policy for coaching sessions?

At this time all coaching programs are non-refundable.
